Proposal team member, Calumet Heritage Partnership, Gaylord and Dorothy Donnelly Foundation Grant, $25,000, The ACME Steel collection of archives (including employee documents, production records, photographs and slides, blueprints, photographs and ephemera) and artifacts (including signage, tools, clothing, plant models, and other items consequent to everyday life in a production facility) represents the “most significant single site collection to document the economic, environmental, technological, and social
life of industry in the Calumet region.”
Proposal team member, Naomi Anderson Core Committee, Michigan City Main Street Association, Indiana Humanities Grant to build a monument and create educational materials for Naomi Anderson, an African American suffragette from Michigan City 2020.
Proposal team member, Friends of Barker Civic Center, Michigan City, LaPorte County, Indiana Historical Society, $11,600 Heritage Support Grant used to hire student interns, as well as purchase equipment needed to digitize the Barker Mansion archives. 2017.
